Family and Friends,
To begin
with let me share some very exciting news. Medical
research is gaining ground on its efforts to find a cure for
neuromuscular diseases. Although successes are often measured in
millimeters, vast amounts of understanding are gained with each
achievement no matter how small. Your generosity in past several
past several years has greatly contributed to this cause and that we
thank you with all our hearts. However there is a battle that still
needs to be fought and again I turn to you for help.
Our annual premier SPF fund raiser will take place in Long Island, NY on
September 17 2006 and there will be a number of local TeamWalks throughout
the country, including one in Tampa. This nationally recognized
walk-athon depends on sponsorship pledges from family and friends so Doug
and I are asking for your kind support.
I know many charities count on your generosity, so your donation to this
effort in any amount will be greatly appreciated. If that’s
not possible, I fully understand. Please keep us in your prayers and
continue to lend the emotional and spiritual support that makes
you so very special to us.
