Family and Friends,
It is that time of year again, and I hope you can consider helping with a
special annual event that is important to me.
You may remember that last year, I was a Walker by Proxy in the annual
SPF TeamWalk walkathon to raise funds to help find the cure for my disorder,
Primary Lateral Sclerosis. Although I didn’t actually walk in it, a
designated Walker walked for me in Ohio and carried my name and spirit.
Thanks to
yours and many other people's support, this event raised a lot of money, allowing the Spastic
Paraplegia Foundation to give out critical Awards for research on my
disease. To bring us one step closer to curing Primary Lateral Sclerosis.
