Tennessee TeamWalk Connection for people concerned with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) or Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS)

TeamWalk For Our Cures walkathon
A TeamWalk Connection will be held from 9-12pm at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. Meet with others managing life with HSP or PLS, share your stories and concerns and enjoy time together.

The TeamWalk Connection will feature a video from the National Conference that was held in June. The meeting included a talk about Social Security Disability, Dr. Fink's speech about the latest on HSP & PLS as well as a motivational talk.

Although it will not include a walkathon, our TeamWalk Connection is an event to raise funds for research. It is a pre-paid event. You can collect sponsorships for your participation in the event. Visit our Tips page for fundraising tips and a Sample Letter. Use this Sponsorship Form to keep track of your sponsors and mail it in with your donations one week ahead of the TeamWalk (bring late sponsorships with you). All funds raised through TeamWalk will support SPF Research Awards.

The Registration Fee for the TeamWalk Connection is $10 per person. This reserves your TeamWalk T-shirt. Register early, as sizes cannot be guaranteed.
